Just-Banded Chicks

I just banded the five society finch chicks.  I put them on my fabric cutting mat as I banded each one, so I wouldn't get them mixed up.  The lines on the mat are 1" apart.  It's slick, so there were wonky legs and wings sliding all over.  LOL!  They're all banded and back in their nest now, with their parents. :-)  I can't tell yet if any of them will be crested like their dad.
